Stalled boat trailer on H-1 Freeway in Kapolei brings eastbound traffic to a crawl

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A stalled boat trailer on the H-1 Freeway in Kapolei is bringing the Wednesday morning commute to a crawl.
Officials said the boat is blocking the far right lane of the H-1 Freeway at the Kalaeloa off-ramp.
According to HPD, crews are having a difficult time finding a tow company to remove the boat.
They added it could take hours before it’s removed.
Traffic monitors show it could take over an hour to get to town from West Oahu.
